My child was 6 years old just 4 says back he got lmymph node tb hewas the verysmall glands both side of the neck one doctor said this is tb lymph node tb but to confirm we will do the biospy we go to the another doctor again we take before slides and another time it is noticed suggestive lymph node tb sgot and the shot levels are little more than there levels what is it if it is danger to my child
There is no need to worry, since your child had TB lymph node. So he must be on anti-tubercular drugs. As ATT are hepatotoxic drugs, they tend to increase the hepatic enzymes. As far as there is no rise in bilirubin or alarming rise of sgot/sgpt, there is no need to worry. But you need to check LFT of your child periodically.
