What Causes Elevated SGPT Level?

hi doc i'd got my lab results regarding my sgpt and the results was 229 u/l. What is the cause of this and what medicine i have to take? Im maintaining medication of ascorbic acid and fiber supplement before undergone lab test, is ascorbic acid and fiber supplement contribute with this?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your sgpt level is high. It is a liver enzyme. Its level increase in liver damage. Hepatitis, alcohol or drug may leads to this. You should go for complete liver function test. Then start treatment accordingly.
Continue with your ascorbic acids and fiber supplements. It has no relation with your sgpt.
