General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear user!
Thank you for your question!

Has the girl jaundice, urine color change, or stool discoloration too?
She may have not any symptoms but the only thing to do is to go to the hospital and make a full check up and examinations.

The girl has to go through an abdominal ultrasound to check the liver, apparently damaged.
This condition may be due to hepatitis, viral infections of liver, bile obstruction, overdose, medications, etc.

Additional tests that must be done are:
- Full liver function indicators, ALT, AST, Bilirubin, gamaGT
- Total protein
- HbsAg
- Anti HCV
- Other tests and examinations that your doctor will ask

Take care and hope the girl will be fine soon.
Kind regards!
DR ERIOL.
