General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of abdominal bloating with a raised blood pressure I am suggesting that you have a hypertensive disease with possible aortic Aneurysm
causing oesophageal compression
In view of this please do the following test
Chest x-ray
ECG
EKG
Serum electrolytes

Meanwhile please visit a cardiologist specialist with the result and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Meanwhile please take some antihypertensive and antacids drugs pending your appointment

I hope this helps Regards
