What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Along With Cold Sensation In The Neck?

My BP is rising 138/82, @68, 25m later 160/96 3 minutes later:182/101@72, 4 minutes later, 170/100 @ 76. Rise accompanied by cold feeling back neck down arms. later by shivering. as bp lowers, these stop. on 20 mg Lipitor, 50 mg Losartan, 2X90 brilinta 1 stent July 2016. Cardio not concerned when I telephoned info in. BP taken with Omron 785 Went to ER yesterday, same symptoms EKG normal, went home with 24 hr. holter. Symptoms returned today.

Hello,

You may be developed parasthesia along with elevated blood pressure.Cervical root compression or cervical spondylosis may present like this.Take anti hypertensive medication, then get it done ECG, CT scan brain and cervical x-ray.
