Hi,

She may be delayed heart failure due to hypertension which may lead paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnoea. Cause is fluid accumulation in the lungs lead to dysnea. She may need back rest and oxygen support. She may need ECG, echocardiogram. Treated with antihypertensive drugs and diuretics. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
