What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Along With Headaches And Excessive Sweating?
Good evening. My mom is 64 years old. She s been having elevated blood pressure with headaches, light headed and sweating. Her latest blood pressure was 168/93. She currently is on blood pressure medication. Are her current symptoms a medical emergency?
your mother's blood pressure is quite high... headaches, light headedness and sweating are symptoms of high blood pressure... there are chances of shooting in blood pressure which may lead to emergency... you should consult to your physician for the change of drugs or adjustment in the dosage of current medication...
get blood lipid profile checked... messed up lipid profile may lead to uncontrolled blood pressure...
sometimes stabilized blood pressure also go high due to too much stress... enquire about the condition... make her stress free... take salt restricted diet.. meditation, yoga, relaxation also can help... hope it helps... regards...
