anxiety you may get episodic rise to blood pressure associated with an anxiety attack. The symptoms you mentioned are quite indicative of anxiety disorder.
You could get prescription anxiolytics or sedatives like
Clonazepam or
Diazepam which will help you relax and that in turn will bring down your blood pressure within the normal range. Temporary rise in blood pressure due to anxiety does not require antihypertensives unless it becomes chronic.
If you have very
high blood pressure that occurs frequently, along with anxiety and
abdominal pain and headache, you need to look at other rare possibilities and get your 24 hour urinary catecholamines checked.
Having said that, your case is very likely anxiety. You need to get the prescription drugs I mentioned and if symptoms are controlled with the medication then you would not need to get the above investigation done.
