I am a 23 year old female of average weight. Healthy as I know. I ve had a few highs in my blood sugar but its not consistent enough to be considered diabetes. Today I haven t eaten anything in a few hours (around 4 hours ago) and drank one soda (12 oz) I just took my blood sugar and it was 205. Should I be worried?
