I've read through your query and understand your concerns.
I would :
-get a detailed medical, personal and family history
-clinically examine you for any signs of neurological deficits,
Thyroid enlargement in addition to a general exam.
-run some blood test(
complete blood count, Thyroid profile, adrenal gland function, blood
glucose levels, kidney and liver function tests,
arterial blood gas analysis)
-do a sleep study to check for apnoeic, hypopnoiec events.
-a MRI of the brain if indicated
Based on this I would have a treatment plan. Please see your doctor to check for the above.
These symptoms are suggestive or either severe
sleep apnea or hormone level imbalances and need to be treated immediately.
