What Causes Elevated Blood Sugar Levels While On Levemir?
I take Levemir. My usual dosage is 18 units. I did a test strip and my number was 357. My usual reading is Around 210. I did have a late snack so that probably made it go up. I m feeling ok, but should I increase the number of units or inject 18 units. Thanks for your assistance.

There is no problrm with levimir to start with.
It is brtter we have a proper timely diet and fluids before adhusting the units.
plz concentrate to have frequent short meals wirh precautions.
I am sure you must be concerned avout your exercise aswell.
Do also assess the HBA1C levels.
