What Causes Elevated Body Temperature With Nausea?

I am very warm to the touch, feels like my face is on fire. I am very nauseated. When I eat something or drink something the nausea seems worse. I have felt fine most of today this just came on very quickly. I don t have any other symptoms other than a feeling feverish and nausea. What could this be?
