General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You do cocaine and in 3 days you have done close to 2 grams and now you are experiencing increased heart rate. Increased heart rate and increased blood pressure is caused by cocaine as it is a stimulant. It can also cause chest pain, may cause changes in the body’s demand for oxygen, cause arrhythmias, heart attack, spasms of the arteries around the heart, and heart infections.

You are suggested to detox, gradually stop doing cocaine as it is a heart health risk. You can visit ER, and get clinically examined if increased heart rates is causing restlessness. You may need urgent medical support. However, you are encouraged to join a detox center that will help you gradually stop doing cocaine and take care of you when you have withdrawal symptoms. You can also consult with a medical professional who specializes in addiction.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
