Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It is normal to get 160 heart rate during exercise in young age.

Normal heart rate according to age is subtracting of your age from 220.

So if she is having palpitations or syncopal attacks or cyanosis or chest pain means consult your Cardiologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
