What Causes Elevated Heart Rate Along With Chills And Diarrhea?

Sudden onset heart racing, bp 163/75, hrt rate 74, nervous feeling, chills, loose bowel movement, do have muscle ache lt shoulder, take 1 1/2 tabs atenolol for bp, have not missed any, lot of stress with trying to find place to live, store furniture, etc., heart burn (not uncommon for me), feeling flushed in face.

The symptoms you have mentioned may be seen in serotonin syndrome. This can cause
confusion
agitation
dilated pupils
headaches
diarrhea and
high heart rate

It would be a good idea to get the serotonin levels checked out and to see a doctor for this. The doctor would be able to diagnose this and suggest the best treatment.
