What Causes Elevated Heart Rate, Headache And Stiffness In The Neck?
Yes, my daughter is feeling really weird and I am concerned. She is 32 and her heart rate is always on the high side and it is 60 and her bp is 120 over 75. She has a headache and her neck is stiff and hurts. She is in good health as far as we know, she take Aderall for ADD. YYYY@YYYY

The values you mentioned about heart rate and blood pressure are normal at present. As per the side effects of the medicine she is on, headache is one of the side effects commonly seen. Other adverse effects are increased heart rate, anxiety and when these get severe its better to contact the doctor. Neck stiffness is rarely seen as an adverse effect of this drug.
Although I would suggest you take your daughter to her treating doctor and explain the symptoms. It can be related to the medicine she is taking or can be due to something else. Has she changed the dose without consulting her doctor? The neck stiffness can be due to a pulled muscle which is hurting and it takes time to recover from that, she should take enough rest for quick recovery. The best thing you can do is see her treating doctor once he examines her and assures you whether its related to the medicine she is taking or not and follow his advice on further management.
