What Causes Elevated Levels Of ALT And Alkaline Phosphatase?

On a recent blood test I showed an elevated ALT of 58 (norm 11-50) and another liver related alkaline phosphatase of 119 (norm 39-117) and I'm wondering if I have to reduce weight (5'6-1/2" &175lbs) fats and alcohol to bring it into alignment or if this is indicative of something to be concerned about..I have a physician appt scheduled for later in the month. Thanks.
