Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. This is serious value of SGOT and SGPT and this indicates significant damge of liver or gallbladder ducts. Since there was recent surgery, the most obvious cause is surgical complications. It looks to me like cholangitis or liver damage or common bile duct stone.
