What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes And Abdominal Pain Post Surgery?

I have had high liver counts since having surgery March 12. Alkaline Phosphatase has been in 200s and now down to 177. This has been tested 6 times now! Days in a row at doctors. They have no answers as to WHY. I had bad abdomen pain in my stomach area and the ER gave me a drink to help stop the pain. The bloodwork they did in the ER now says I have an abnormal result for my pancreas. What is going on? I am not taking ANY medication not even for pain from my shoulder surgery.
