Hello, To make you understand in simple terms, every time you consume alcohol (bad to liver) it has to function even higher than normal to counteract and eliminate it from your system. At one point of time your liver can't take it anymore. Elevated liver enzymes can be due to several reasons but given your history of alcohol and body weight it might be due to alcholic fatty liver. You must definitely worry about your elevated liver enzymes but if you put in some work you can get it back in control given the damage done is limited. First and foremost to do is to stop alcohol, next get into an active lifestyle. Both of these simple steps can be of much good than you think. Blood in your saliva might be due to a simple self bit wound in your mouth or from an esophageal varices. Variceal bleeds are profuse most of the time and do not stop that easily as it is a sign of portal hypertension and an emergency. I do not believe you don't have varices yet but keep in mind you have the necessary conditions to develop them. I would conclude stating again that you must stop alcohol and get your body weight down.
