What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes And Dark Urination?

I had high SGPT and SGOT levels above 2000 with light color stool. Dark urine. Yellow eyes. But I didn t have fever. No yellow skin. only a bit on palms. not nails. And I m not taking alcohol that much. (once for 2 months) And after tests it s recognized that my Hepatitis A, B and C antibodies are negative. I didn t check for D and E. Now the levels became low less than 100. But, what was the disease I had? Are there any other diseases related to these symptoms?

high SGOT SGPT levels with LIGHT COLOURED STOOLS is suggestive of liver disease which primarily looks like OBSTRUCTIVE JAUNDICE. Clay colour sticky stools that float in water are suggestive of loss of fat in stools due to decreased absorption. causes of obstructive jaundice can be within the liver or outside the liver like cholangitis, COMMON BILE DUCT OBSTRUCTION DUE to bile stone or tumour or other causes.
