What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes While Taking Lialda?

I have been on Lialda for 3 months . I just got a message from my primary care Doctor that my blood work indicated that my liver enzymes were high compared to my blood tests 6 months ago. Lialda is working well for me otherwise. I have ulcerative Procto Sigmoiditis. Do you think I should consider that Lialda might not be good for me?

you need to know how high it is ? Because metabolisation lialda is done partly through liver to its inactive state. Based on your degree of Liver function test derangement i will be able to advise you .
