Hi welcome to health care magic.

You are having high SGOT level...
You are having fatty liver disease , So it can lead high liver enzymes...

When you had fever temporary viral infection also can lead its elevation...
So repeat you test with following investigations...
1.SGOT
2.SGPT
3.HBSag(ELISA)
4.ANTI HCV(ELISA)

If viral marker negative and liver enzymes elevated than fatty liver is cause for that...

Here are few suggestion for fatty liver....
1.Reduce weight if obese
2.Take fruits more
3.Avoid high fatty diet
4.Fried food and canned vegetables less
5.Avoid alcohol
6.Take good food for liver like ...
-carrot
-onion
-spinach
-mustard green
-dandelion
-Indian gooseberry
-Avocados etc....
7.Regular active exercise
8.Udiliv tablet (if needed)

After three to four month repeat the test...
If still problem is there i would like to suggest biopsy for this...

Consult gastroenterologist if needed ...

Take care ....
