What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Hi my test results shows that ggt is high 221 and apl was high ast 53 and alt 86 and apl 146. I went to Cuba and came back with diarrhea and it was for tqo weeks and i went to the doctor and got antibiotics where after taking it i felt it my stomach pain and when I finished still have diarrhea. Not sure if i has it frim antibiotic. It stopped but when i got my blood test dine it shows that my liver enzymes are high. Was wondering if you know why?

Mild elevation of GGT can be seen in people who consume alcohol. Otherwise, an ultrasound of the abdomen can reveal the cause.
