Hi,

1. Since your PPBS is on the higher side, I'm of the following opinion:
- Strict diabetic diet
- Regular exercise
- Care of the feet
- Monitor blood pressure on every visit
- Check peripheral pulses on the legs
- Check urine sugar, 2 hours after lunch, once a week
- Serum cholesterol and lipid profile
- ECG once a year
- Urine for microalbuminuria
- Retinoscopy once a year
- HbA1c every 6 months
- Ultrasonography of abdomen for pancreas

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Munish Sood, Ayurveda Specialist
