What Causes Elevated Systolic Blood Pressure Levels?
My mother is 76 years old and is in very good health, exercises regularly and eats healthy foods most of the time. Her blood pressure has been around 120s to 140s (systolic) in recent years, but her bp has recently started spiking randomly in the evening up to 180 systolic and even over 200/systolic. What could be causing this all of a sudden ?
