What Causes Elevated Titre Levels?
I have treating typhoid fever because my widal test was high @ 1/320,presently am better after taking pills and injection,two weeks Leta I still felt same symptoms and I went for widal test again and titre presently read 1/16please are there other factors that can increase my titre value?

Now your titre is very low suggesting recovery from typhoid. The widal test with elevated titre in the second week could be mostly due to typhoid or developed antibody against typhoid.
