What Causes Elevated White Blood Count And Absolute Neutrophil In Blood?

Blood Test was undergone yesterday morning and the results illustrated the following... White Blood Count: 11.9 (H) Absolute Neutrophil: 9.2 (H) I feel completely fine, have not been sick in quite some time now. And have never taken steriods (as seen as a possible cause)

Hi, such picture may been seen for quite sometime after recovery from acute illness like infection. It is advised to get your blood tested once again after a month and see if it has come back to normal. If it persistently high, you need to undergo bone marrow examination to diagnose what exactly is the cause for it.
