What Causes Elevation In TSH Level Despite Taking Thyronorm?

Hello sir, My wife Monthly period is not clear Her period Start two Times in a whole month So I consult a doctor . And doctor advise to me to Test the various test Like ECG , TSH. Blood etc after test Doctor found all side Normal but Only TSH ( thyroad) level is increase 150 more then doctor advice to take the thyronorm 100+25 power tablet after 4 month i again TSH test it found 202 level then doctor advice me Consult the Endocrinologist doctor. please Help me

Hi.

The thyroid profile can have a major impact on a females menstrual cycle, and I would recommend consulting the endocrinologist but I would also recommend a thyroid scan before you visit the endocrinologist. Continue with the medication that was first prescribed, because the endocrinologist may choose to continue the same medication but at a different dosage.
