This is influenced by hormonal imbalance, Usually seen in ladies nearing menopause/ obese patients/ diabetics/ patients of PCOD. Your Flabby ness, thin hairs, brown pigmentation suggests thyroid problem You need to consult n endocrinologist, get an endocrinal assay done followed by treatment indicated. Thanks.
