What Causes Endometriosis Along With Abdominal Bloating And Constipation?
I have been in an extreme amount of pain for 4 days, I suspect I have an ovarian cyst again. I am having trouble walking, headaches, i m very bloated, it hurts to urinate, and empty my bowels. My pelvis is also very tender. I also suffer from endomtriosis, and undifferentiated connective tissue disease. Last time I had a ganglion cyst the size of a soft ball, and I had to have surgery the following week. I am wondering if I should go to the ER?

As per your query you have symptoms of endometriosis along with abdominal bloating and constipation which seems to be either infection or inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. It could be due to disturbed electrolyte imbalance in body. I would suggest you to start with proton pump inhibitors and antacids such as Pantoprazole along with domperidone. You should take oral rehydration solution for maintaining the hydration and electrolyte balance of the body. Avoid intake of large foods and try to prefer small and frequent meals. You should consult gastroenterologist once and get complete blood investigations done. Take plain and soft food and avoid hot, sharp and spicy food substances. Drinking warm water and light walk will help a lot .
