What Causes Energy Loss In The Evenings While On Levothyroxine?
My doctor changed my dosage of levothyroxine from 25mcg to 50mcg. The first day I took the 50mcg, I immediately felt the change and I was over the top in energy and even became a bit anxious from time to time throughout the day for very brief periods of time. Then by night time, I totally had an energy crash. Is this normal? Will these symptoms subside once it is in my system longer?

I really appreciate your concern, as matter of fact it is not the normal or abnormal condition but it could be just reaction that your medicines dose being increased and may not be direct effect of medicine so do not take it as abnormal or normal hope this information helps.
