What Causes Enlarged Left Artery?

i have recentely had a scan of my heart after being admitted with chest pain. my gp said the scan showed i had enlarged left artery. i am awaiting a ct scan.they are starting me on aspirin a day andditiazem60mg 1 twice a day. angina runs in the family. what is the cause of enlarged left artery

large artery may be ectatic or may be aneurysmal.it may be associated with TIMI 2 flow....there is no need of diltiazem until specified for some specific symptoms..
