What Causes Enlarged Lymph Nodes In Neck Along With Back Pain?

Good afternoon. I have had enlarged lymph glands in my neck for about three months, along with back pain. I am being tested for csd, tb exposure, and mono. My doctor also suggested that they may have to do a biopsy for lymphoma. Do the symptoms indicate which of the 4 it is more likely to be? Thank you

Welcome at HCM
i appreciate your health concerns
What is your age? Any fever associated? Any history of wt. Loss? Any other swelling in body?
It is very difficult to diagnose just on basis 9f mere history .it need to be examined and investigated properly.
Statistically speaking 27% if neck swelling have distant origin. Possible differentials include infection, Tb, Lymphoma etc
Biopsy if done appropriately has got 100% yield in diagnosing. You should follow your doctor advice in this regard.
