General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
Thank you for contacting HCM.

I have gone through your question and I will try my best to give you a satisfactory answer.
Your ultrasound report points towards the possibility of Polycystic Ovaries which manifests itself as irregular menstrual cycle, acne, hirsutism, infertility, weight gain etc. It is treatable with the help of hormonal therapy.

I would recommend you consult your local gynecologist for detailed clinical evaluation of your medical history and presentation in relation to this ultrasound report, lab workup such as hormonal assays and further management accordingly.

I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you good health.
