What Causes Enlargement And Clear White Discharge From Breasts Along With Weight Gain?
Hi! I m an almost 41 yo healthy, active female. The past few months my breasts feel and appear fuller than usual. I have not gained any weight and I m not pregnant. I have an IUD. My breasts are sore, nipples itchy and today I had clear and milky discharge from my breasts (after my shower and with me squeezing them.). Is this normal? My breasts are fibrous and dense (per mammogram results). Thank you for your time.

Based on your symptoms and mammogram report I think you could be having fibrocystic breast diseases. It's a benign condition and is hormonally responsive.you can get ultrasound of the breasts for confirmation. As such you don't need treatment for the above.
