Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Lately I ve been having short periods of anxiety, not anxiety attacks but just the feeling of anxiety in situations that shouldn t give me anxiety at all. I ve also been increasingly angry for the smallest things and I ve been having reoccurring dreams. All of this started I expectingly about 2 weeks ago. Is there anything that can be suggested to help?
Try to meditate for some time in a quite room.
Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and take deep breaths, focus on inhalation and exhalation process of your respiratory cycles.
When after sometime you are able to make a pattern with this.
Then start thinking, if there is anything that is bothering you.
Find the problem.
Find the solution, in the same sitting.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
