What Causes Episodes Of Black Out Along With Extreme Tiredness?

I keep having episodes where I stop in my tracks and space out , I m on no medication and the episodes can last for 2 minutes or more, my mind goes blank after the episode and sometimes I don t know it s happening. I have recently been extremely tired even with a decent amount of sleep. What could this be?

As blackouts are frequently caused by blood pressure changes or brain problems like epilepsy or it can be due to psychological problems..
