I became very tired today during a round of golf and felt like I might black out. I am a 64 year old male, good health, no prescription meds and this was atypical. Although I have been tired recently in the afternoons and early evenings. Just completed a physical last month, no issues.

also some vitamin and micro nutrition deficiency can cause tiredness. so take a diet rich in green leafy vegetables and fruits and milk.
