What Causes Episodes Of Difficulty In Swallowing Along With Jaw Pain?

I have been having episodes where my throat feels paralyzed can t swallow my words stop have had jaw pain very back by earlobe one side also swollen lymph node in neck same side on thyroid med for very low function for over 1year. Weight up n down fatigue bad night sweats during day to. Some history my 32year old brother woke up with golf ball size lump in same area was dead 3 days later. I m afraid to eat or sleep my dr won t listen even though less then year ago lg lumps in both breast removed.What advice you have.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, although it is the nonspecific symptom and it is not the paralysis of throat, but more or less it could be hyperacidity (Esophagitis, GERD) and it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg at evening time for at least 4 weeks, second functional disorders could be the cause, hope this information helps.
