What Causes Episodes Of Dizziness, Lightheadedness With Cold And Hot Flashes?

Hi I am a 37 year old female and every few months I get these episode s where I get really dizzy, lightheaded, inside of my body is on fire but I am cold and am sweating. I feel better once I have a bowl movement. Sometimes I actually pass out. Why does this happen

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms needs to be sent for CT of brain just to ruled out the cerebral pathology, if this is unremarkable then routine blood is advisable including blood sugar test, else such symptoms could be due to hormone level changes, EKG also need to be done hope this information helps.
