What Causes Episodes Of Nausea, sweating, diarrhea And Dizziness?

I have had this happen twice, all of a sudden I get extremely dizzy, then I get very nausauated and. My whole body starts sweating. Today I threw up and had diarrhea at the same time. I hàd to go lay down both times, today it lasted longer. I have had a triple bypass, and stints put in three times in a year. The triple bypass and first stints failed. Not sure if what is happening is from the heart or blood pressure. My doctor recently increased my metroprol and lisinipril. Also I have had allergies now for 2 months and my ears are all plugged up, could this all be related?

The dizziness and symptoms could be due to thickening of carotid arteries along with the hypertension. I suggest you get a carotid Doppler scan to assess the blood flow which might be decreased due to thickening causing dizziness. Regarding the blocked sensation of your ears, you mentioned having allergy would like to know if it's nasal which might be associated with eustachian tube dysfunction causing tympanic membrane retraction and blocked sensation. Please consult your cardiologist and also an otorhinolaryngologist.
