What Causes Episodes Of Stomach Cramps, Diarrhea And Vomiting With Itchy Spells?

m I have a lot of symptons starting about two years ago my stomach became intolerant to caffeine and alcohol was next and then some spicier foods I would have bouts of stomach cramps diarrhea and vomiting in the early morning I also starting feeling itchy all over but really bad on my feet and elbows I am also starting to have a painful ache in my shoulder and just not feeling energetic was never a smoker and am in great physical shape

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting with itchy spells which seems to be due to acute gastroenteritis which seems to be due to viral infection and electrolyte imbalance in body. I would suggest you not to panic at all. You should start treatment with combination of fluoroquinolones and ornidazole. Drink plenty of fluids to rehydrate. You should take banana on daily basis and light food. Avoid giving any sharp and spicy food and take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl. Visit general physician once and get it examined. You should go for blood tests as well and start treatment after proper examination. You should take Ibuprofen along with proton pump inhibitors as well. I would suggest you to take antiemetic like domperidone and ranitidine for gastritis.
