What Causes Episodes Of Vertigo Post Placement Of Catheter In The Wrist?

My wife thinks she is having a stoke but it appears to be a bad vertigio attack but has occurred several times starting t 2 pm and occurring 3 more times,.. Just calming down from the last one. She recently had a heart cath thru the wrist first one there, had 3 before that but through the leg.. Has been feelling bad since the cath about a month ago

* As per my clinical experience, the severe vertigo episode can be secondary to blood pressure changes, cerebral circulation related changes or else.
