What Causes Equivocal Results With Pregnancy Test Kits?

I have had my tubes tied for a year no issues till last month i was a week late and this month is also a week late. I have about 3 women on my mothers side who have had them grow back more then once. Im only 30 and feel pregnant. I get mixed results on pregnancy test sometimes false sometimes a faint line i have done 2 tests that have the faint line and a digital that was negative. Any help?

Hello,

I would recommend you to have the BHCG levels in the blood checked. This is quite an accurate test as it tells you how much the BHGC is and is easier to interpret. If urinary pregnancy tests are so equivocal, the blood level of BHCG is the way to go.
