What Causes Erectile Dysfunction After Fistula Surgery?
Hello sir,,I had a surgery fistulactemy before two months till then I am felling very weakness ...and my penis is also loose and it is very difficult for me to penetrate the penis during sex ...what can.be the cause of this situation and how can I overcome from this ..
Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise. Post surgical weakness of crura of penis which is root of penis, attached part to pelvic region could cause above symptoms. If you are having good nocturnal tumenescence means hardness of penis during sleep suggest you are not having any post surgical cause and it is just a psychogenic cause.Psychogenic cause is easily treatable with counselling. while surgical cause you need to revisit your surgeon and there are few exercises to strenghthen the pelvic floor. In some cases recovery occurs with time.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further. Stay healthy. Kind regards DR. SOLANKI
