I am 78 male underwent RALP for prostrate cancer prostate & vessicles removed 2 years ago no sensation in penis guess no blood flow , no errection , penis shrunk when i masterbate results in dry orgasm my question to you sir is can penis erection be revived , how to restore blood supply in penis after masterbation is dry orgasm safe? will it cause urine tract infection much obliged for ur reply thank you

Regarding your experience with erection dysfunction and dry organsm following surgery for prostate cancer I will suggest the cause of the above symptoms is denervation(cessation of nerve) of parasympathetic and the sympathetic nerve that supply the testis and the penis

In view of this please take the following Tablet manis viagra before sex

Don't worry the lack of organsm will not affect you you are save and it will not cause any urine tract infection except exposed to infected patner
