What Causes Erectile Dysfunction During Intercourse?
Hello I tried to have sex with my gf but my penis doesnt erect , so i did some research and stopped masturbating and watching porn. It some how improved my erection , now when i try to have sex ethier my penis in not hard enough or it loses its hardness when trying to insert into vagina . i am 18 years old and i think i do not have ED because i can have erections rock hard in morning and some unknown time at night. What should i do? Plz help me

You need a counsellor.Don't try hard to erect the penis. Be away from stress... Have healthy diet...Do kelied exercises morning and evening at least for 10 minutes at a time.
