What Causes Erectile Dysfunction For A 45-year-old?

Thank you for your attention I am 45 years old. I have no erection problems. I have a problem that I ejaculate prematurely. I tried no medicine. I use condoms which 60 % of time give me better timing, otherwise, without condoms i hardly satisfy my partner.

can try some anti anxiety pills under prescription..
using condom also helps
