What Causes Erectile Dysfunction Post A Brachytherapy?
I had brachytherapy 3 years ago afterward I could not get an erection, so they placed a 3 phase prashia pump to get erect. So so good however now I unable to ejaculate. I have gotten several Explanations one saying keep trying it should get better to sorry nothing we can do. Any ideas J W Blaine YYYY@YYYY

For that you can take tablet sildenafil one hour before sexual act.
